Hirani Engineering was contracted to conduct a comprehensive Pre-Construction Survey for an existing 3-story industrial/manufacturing building. The survey included detailed documentation of the following areas:

• Building exteriors

• Adjacent sidewalks and roads

• Interior spaces

• Building rooftop

In addition to the survey, Hirani provided specialized Monitoring Services during construction, including:

• Vibration Monitoring to assess any potential impacts on the surrounding environment.

• Air Monitoring and Sampling to ensure air quality standards were maintained throughout the project.

• Preparation and implementation of a Monitoring Plan to guide the monitoring process and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
