Hirani’s services included Ground Penetrating Radar and topographic survey.

Hirani utilized non-invasive survey methods (GPR) to identify possible buried features outside such as utilities, pipes, and foundations, 80,000 Sq Ft. geophysical prospection techniques map variations in the physical properties of the earth, thus GPR records contrasts between materials by producing an electromagnetic pulse at the ground surface. This pulse propagates through the subsurface and reflects off dielectrical differences at material interfaces. Some of this energy may return to the ground surface and get recorded by a receiving GPR antenna.

Hirani also performed a partial topographic survey with mapping via a combination of laser scanning and conventional surveying for the area which included locating any underground utilities.
