Hirani was retained to provide design, solicitation, and construction administration associated with milling and repaving of the Co-op’s parking lot.

Hirani prepared an initial survey basemap of the site for grades associated with milling and paving. The pavement was milled across the entire width and resurfaced.

Hirani provided the solicitation to potential contractors and recommended award.
