Hirani provided façade rehabilitation design and construction
administration services for an amended FISP Cycle 9B inspection. Our
team conducted visual inspections using high-powered binoculars and
performed close-up examinations via supported scaffold, which was
already in place for the ongoing repair campaign. The rehabilitation
work addressed all façade deficiencies, resulting in a reclassification of
the building facade to SAFE. An amended report was filed as SWARMP
(Scaffold, Sidewalk Shed, and Repair Maintenance Program), as the
building remains under active repair.
