Hirani Engineering is providing specialized environmental monitoring and survey services as part of a broader contract involving three above-ground J/Z line train stations located in Queens and Brooklyn.

Scope of Work Includes: Hirani’s responsibilities are being executed in full compliance with all relevant Prime Contract Specification Sections, including:

• Spec Section 01 35 60 – Noise and Vibration Control

• Spec Section 2F – Maintenance, Protection, Support, and Restoration of Buildings

• Spec Section 12D – Dust Control

• Spec Section 12L – Removal and Disposal of Lead-Containing Materials

• Spec Section 12NV – Noise and Vibration

Key Services Provided:

• Pre-Construction and Post-Construction Condition Surveys

• Monitoring and Mitigation Plans

• Vibration and Noise Monitoring (performed remotely)

• Air Monitoring (for lead and silica/dust, performed on-site as needed by an environmental technician)

• Comprehensive Reporting, including submittals/shop drawings and revisions necessary to secure approval of the scope

Hirani’s work ensures adherence to strict environmental, health, and safety standards, while protecting public infrastructure and nearby structures during construction activities at these active transit locations.
