Hirani provided a comprehensive visual inspection of the building’s
exterior walls and appurtenances. Utilizing articulating boom lifts
provided by the owner, we performed close-up inspections at 60-foot
intervals across all elevations. Our team reviewed previous FISP reports,
building elevation plans, Certificate of Occupancy, and water leakage
reports to ensure a thorough assessment of the façade’s condition. We
also provided repair recommendations to correct hazardous conditions.
We successfully filed the FISP Cycle 9C report, meeting the NYCDOB
deadline and ensuring the building’s compliance with NYC façade safety
regulations.
