Jitendra Hirani, P.E., President
Mr. Hirani has over 30 years of engineering experience with a specialty in structural engineering, safety engineering and construction management. He has directly overseen major capital improvement projects for Federal, NY State, NY City and Long Island municipalities in the areas of building improvements, bridge rehabilitation, highway upgrading, and site engineering. Additionally, he has developed significant skill in the area of Design/Build, and continually provides Quality Assurance and Quality Control on Hirani Engineering projects.

Jay Gewirtzman, P.E. Executive Vice President
Jay joined Hirani in 2015 as Vice President of Construction Inspection and Management Division after 35 years with a major NYC firm where he helped to grow and manage their 600 person New York City office and was responsible for profit and loss, hiring key managers, client contact, business development and day-to-day operation of the office. The multi-disciplinary office performed civil, structural, MEP, rail, security and architectural design services; as well as construction management and resident engineering. Prior to managing the office he managed their construction management group where he helped it to grow from 35 to 125 personnel. He started his career with NYC agencies where he provided construction management services on several large scale projects.

Joseph Pike, L.S. Vice President, Land Surveying
Upon the retirement of Richard Moravec in January of this year, Joseph was promoted to Vice President of Hirani's Land Surveying Department. Joe brings 30 years of experience in land surveying services as a Project Manager, Office and Field Supervisor, and Party Chief for topographical surveys, title surveys, subdivision stakeouts, building layouts, and elevation certificates; for street, bridge, buildings, and stadium projects. He has used the latest surveying equipment such as total station, data collector, level and GPS. He is responsible for all surveying projects undertaken by the firm.

Mr. Raymond Tobia, Vice President, Special Projects, Business Development
Mr. Tobia has more than 40 years of experience managing numerous site/topographic surveys and aerial surveys for airport, roadway, bridge, and rail transportation projects as well as educational and healthcare facility projects for the governmental agencies as well as for the private sector. He is knowledgeable in photographic data collection and reproduction, photo interpretation, and the use of computer generated topographic data relative to the preparation and completion of final digital mapping files.

Gina Marie Schoregge, P.E. Director of Structural Engineering
Gina brings more than 12 years of structural design experience including bridges, tunnels, subways, buildings, water and wastewater treatment facilities, and marine and waterfront structures. She is in responsible charge of all of Hirani's structural engineering projects.

Abraham Rodriguez, P.E. Civil Engineering Manager
Abraham brings over 40 years of civil engineering experience in Transportation, Power, Nuclear, Resource Recovery Facilities, Mining, Hydropower, Dam and Water & Wastewater Projects. He serves as Senior Civil Engineer/ Project Manager on the majority of Hirani's civil projects.

Matthew Holahan, P.E. Vice President, Special Inspection & CM
Matthew offers more than 15 years of experience in Special Inspections, Material Testing, Progress Inspections and Construction Management. This includes work on diversified projects such as World Wide Technical Inspection and Testing, colleges, hospitals, residential housing, bridges, roadways, airports and water and wastewater treatment plants. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in New York State with certifications in concrete, masonry, structural steel as well as being a NYCDOB Registered Construction Superintendent and Concrete Safety Manager. He has experience working with DASNY, NYCHA, NYCDEP, MTA NYCT, MTA LIRR, MTA B&T, NYCDOB, USCOE, FEMA, NYSDOT, NYSTA, NYPA, CUNY and NYCEDC.
